Prepare Your Artwork
Which file formats can I submit? We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, PDF, and EPS files. The file extension matters less than the quality of your artwork. Simply send us the highest-quality original file you have, and always keep an editable original for yourself.
Do I need a vector file or 300 PPI? Vector files (AI, vector PDFs) are excellent for logos and text because they can be scaled without losing quality. However, photographs and raster illustrations (PNG, JPG) work perfectly well too. For raster artwork, aim for at least 300 ppi at your intended print size for the sharpest results.
Does my image need a transparent background? A transparent background is only required if you want a die-cut sticker that follows an isolated design, or if you are printing on transparent material and want certain areas to remain see-through. Otherwise, it is not strictly necessary.
Do I need to create cut lines or white ink layers? No! You do not need to worry about setting up complex print files. Just send us your design, and our prepress system will seamlessly generate precise die-cut lines, print bleeds, and necessary white ink layers for you. If you already have a preferred vector cut line in your file, we can use that too.
RGB or CMYK? Please send us the best original file you have. You normally do not need to convert the color profile yourself just for printing. If an exact brand color is critical for your project, please let us know in your email.
Size and Shape
Tell us your preferred width and height in inches or millimeters. We will keep the exact proportions of your artwork unless you request a change. Please specify whether you want a classic white border or a cut close to the artwork.
One Design Per Item
For multiple designs, clearly list the size and quantity for each design separately. Include any special finish requirements, such as specific transparent areas or metallic effects.
Send Your File
Email your artwork or a high-speed download link to lumakorastudio@gmail.com. If you have already ordered, please include your order number in the subject line. (Do not include any payment details in your email.)
Check Fine Details
Check spelling, dimensions, and small text carefully. If your design includes a QR code, always test it at the intended printed size before placing a large order to ensure it scans correctly.
