Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through LUMAKORA STUDIO at lumakora.com.

Custom artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, photograph, illustration, text and other file you upload. You must not upload content that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive.

Artwork licence
You give LUMAKORA STUDIO a limited licence to use your uploaded artwork only as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, produce your stickers, fulfil your order, provide customer support and keep order records. We will not publicly display your artwork without your permission.

Proof and customer selections
Before ordering, check your artwork, spelling, size, quantity, material, shape, border and price. If a digital proof is provided, production follows the version you approve. Customer-selected errors are not production defects.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD. Shipping, taxes and any applicable import or customs charges are calculated or collected as shown at checkout. An order is accepted after payment is authorised.

Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Estimates can be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather or customs processing.

Intellectual property
LUMAKORA STUDIO retains rights in its brand, website, original content and production materials. You retain your rights in artwork you own.

Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LUMAKORA STUDIO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, incorrect customer information or customer-supplied artwork.
