Shipping Policy

LUMAKORA STUDIO currently ships to Hong Kong and the United States.

Production time
Custom stickers are normally produced within 2–5 business days after artwork and order details are confirmed. Production may take longer during peak periods or when a proof requires changes.

Estimated delivery
Hong Kong: approximately 2–5 business days after production.
United States: approximately 5–10 business days after production.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays and customs processing can extend delivery times.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order size and available delivery method.

Customs, duties and taxes
For United States orders, any import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees or taxes imposed by the destination country or carrier are the customer's responsibility where applicable. LUMAKORA STUDIO does not control customs decisions or charges.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing payment. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows a delay or delivery problem, contact the carrier first and then email lumakorastudio@gmail.com with your order number. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging, take photos and contact us as soon as possible.
